my birthday

So, today in Japan time is already my birthday!
Every year, I get so excited to turn one year older, but somehow this year was different.
I just feel as I get older there is so much more responsibilities.
Today is the day I especially appreciate my parents for having me into this world and to be their family.
And yet, I know I am getting old because I wish I could go back to 20 or 21.
I hope this year will be filled with many great memories, in great health and with many smiles.

summer in NY

今年の夏は、例年にも増して蒸し暑い。。
なんだか息をするのが苦しいくらい。
NY来た頃は、「あぁ、なんて心地いい夏なんだろう！」って
思っていたけど、今ではもう日本みたい。

最近の私は、そんな感じで体調があまり万全ではないけれど、
楽しく毎日を過ごしています。
mikacheteは今月でもう２１ヶ月！もうすぐ２歳！
信じられない。
あっという間の２年だったなぁ。。
赤ちゃんの頃が懐かしく思う半面、喋れるようになって
仕草や表情もだいぶ豊かになってきて、毎日の発見がすごく楽しい。

Pazuは車を購入したので、行動範囲が広くなって、すごく助かる。
感謝！！

１１月の日本まで、あともう少し！！
早くみんなに会いたいな。

It's been a while... but I'm back!

Ok... last time I posted was October 2011...
Yep, again it's been a while.
I decided to write again because I've got a new computer (used one though) and it'll be a lot easier to write long here than using an iPad.

Wow, time really flies.
Cotton candy was 11 months old last time I wrote here, but she is 20 months now!!
I can't believe how things go change quickly.

Since last year, we've got so many different things.
We moved to a new apartment which we like as of now too.
Also, yes cotton candy turned 1. That was a big step.
We went to Peru in May. It was very exciting trip.
Now, it's July.

The weather has been very humid and cloudy. I don't like it.
It makes me headache often.

Anyway, I will try to update little by little more often so that I don't have to rush writing everything without so much details.
